What are the settlement cycle options for receiving sales proceeds?
We offer three flexible settlement cycle options: 2 times a month, 4 times a month, or 6 times a month. Payouts are processed as fast as T+5. You can select your preferred settlement cycle during onboarding.
Are there any payment or transfer fees?
There are no upfront or monthly fees for using our POS terminal. A transaction fee applies when you accept card payments: Visa / Mastercard: 2.98%
Is there a cancellation fee if I terminate the service early?
As long as the agreed conditions are maintained, you can cancel at no cost. However, if the conditions are no longer met after your application, the plan may become ineligible, and a cancellation fee of ¥36,000 may apply.
Is there an additional fee for selecting a specific settlement cycle?
Merchants do not need to pay any additional fee for selecting a specific settlement cycle.
What type of businesses are eligible for the 6 times per month settlement option?
Currently, any merchant who has passed the approval process and successfully activated KPay’s payment solution can freely choose their settlement cycle — 2 times a month, 4 times a month, or 6 times a month.
