  • Store business license (if available)
    • Related party information
  • Legal representative's ID (My Number Card (front side) / Driver's license (both sides) / Residence card (both sides))
  • Photo ID of the person-in-charge (Not required if same as the legal representative)
  • Photo ID of the ultimate beneficial owner (Not required if same as the legal representative)
    • Shop information
  • 1 photo of the store exterior

  • Bank passbook or online bank account certificate
